Learning a language in a dynamic way, discussing current affairs and contemporary issues, being immersed in a country and its culture: our British and American teachers are trained to help every participant improve his or her speaking and writing skills in English.

Language Programmes

Programmes are varied and complete, diverse teaching methods are used, focusing on pronunciation and broadening English vocabulary.  There are some essentially practical exercises, such as interviewing locals, writing articles and reports, as well as the more traditional grammar exercises and writing essays.  For younger students, there are story-telling sessions, as well as use of videos, songs and other specified methods.

All course books and notebooks are provided by GSL.

Students have 3 hours of language teaching a day in groups selected according to age and level of achievement.  With a maximum of 10 students per group, conditions are designed to enable individual improvement and the development of a personal relationship between teachers and students.

For students in their final year at school, or for those studying in international schools, GSL offers a tailor-made course with small-size classes (2 or 4 students per class).  All our classes take place in well-equipped English facilities.
